From competitive Track and Field athlete, open Water swimmer, Master Personal Trainer and Middle Distance coaching, we have the experience and know-how to guide you through your journey to improved health and fitness.

It's never too late to make a start. In your 40’s, 50’s or older? No worries.

Evidence suggests that middle-aged or older people who take up regular, moderate intensity, physical activity/exercise have a 23% reduced risk of heart attack compared to those who do not! That's not a bad exchange is it?
